Project Brief

For this project, the goal was to re-design a consumer product that cost less than five dollars. This was intended to include new branding, new packaging, and, if applicable, a new name. I chose to redesign generic seed packets. This seed company is intended specifically for young gardening hobbyists and those interested in an organic, artisinal product.

The final design for ‘inbloom’ is an adaptable identity system in which the two vowels in the word 'bloom' become simple illustrations of the vegetable being marketed. Five basic versions are presented.
